Sony launched the lightest computer in the world

The consumer electronics group presents a mix of laptop and netbook: The Vaio X Series is just 725 grams.

Half as heavy as a netbook but still with a large 11.1-inch screen equipped: Sony’s new X-Series from Sony brings only 780 grams on the scales.

The 14-millimeter thick device works with a fast 1.86 GHz Atom CPU, 2 GB of RAM and a 128 GB SSD. The VAIO X Series mastered all of the latest networking and wireless standards such as WLAN (Draft N), UMTS, HSDPA and Bluetooth. The integrated webcam and microphone make video calls on the go.

According to Sony, the battery provides up to eight hours duration. Vaio by you with the service, customers have the ability to collect from the company as a subnotebook computer designated by the modular principle.
