France wants to ban cell phones in schools

Japan’s Ex-Finance Minister Nakagawa found dead

Japan’s Ex-Finance MinisterFormer Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa is no longer alive. He was ignominiously surrendered after a disgraceful performance from politics.
