Window Phone concept, the display will change according to weather

This is a very interesting concept phone created by designer Seunghan Song. The name of the concept is Window Phone, but has nothing to do with the operating system of Redmond. The name derives from the window of a house that is dirty on the basis of weather conditions outside.
